ALL THINGS PEONIES

Yep... I just made that joke, with my name... because I can. I love to joke about a lot of things because life is already too darn serious. So why not have some fun?

First of all, welcome to All Things Peonies (pronounced pee-knees). A blog about my totally imperfect lifestyle! Why Peonies? Well it's my favorite flower. And if I could, I would dress my home in peonies! But aside from that, I like everything it represents: romance, compassion, and prosperity!

So what's the deal with my blog? Well... I don't get paid to post anything on here or my social media (yet). I haven't quite decided if it's something I want. Why? Well because I want to bring you genuine feedback! I am huge on brand loyalty and I feel like making money on products can skew that. So for now, I am proud to share products with you that I invest in. Yes, invest. My goal is to bring each of you genuine advice and reviews of stuff I love!

I was born and raised in San Diego, California. Migrated to the Big Apple for a couple of years and ended up back home with my uber furry husky-lab, Maverick! Yes, she's a girl and I named her after one of my favorite male movie characters! 

 

I'm a lover of anything that inspires faith and passion. I frequently pour myself a hefty glass of a Napa Valley Cab Sav or a New Zealand Sauv Blanc, regular the yoga and barre studio, am an avid SoulCycle-er (#wearetheremidee), and love, love, love spending time outdoors!

And finally, Jesus Christ is my savior! From time to time, I'll share bits and pieces of my story and why I trust everything with the Lord. Like I mentioned before, I'm not perfect but by His grace, I am deeply loved and fully known!
