Kicked off my weekend with a great GALentine workout in some of my favorite workout pieces!

WORKOUT TEE: Zella Luxe Unbound Tee | LEGGINGS: Alo Alosoft Goddess Leggings | CROP TOP: Outdoor Voices Tri-Tone Slashback Crop Top | WATER BOTTLE: Swell Bottle | SHOES: Nike Flex Contact Sneakers (Similar here)
The barre studio I go to (FWRD Barre + Fitness) hosted a, much needed, Galentine's workout that featured a 45-minute barre workout, makeovers, and plenty of rose! Obvi, I had to dress for the theme:
Not only do I wear this shirt for working out but it's one of my go-to's for when I travel. It's super comfy because it's loose, breathable, and water-resistant. I also love that it's lightweight yet a long sleeve - perfect for traveling! Keeps me warm, yet cool!
Holy cannoli am I obsessed with Alo's Goddess Leggings line but even more so with this specific design. The top portion is so soft - like butter! And these leggings are extremely flattering (hello can I just like wear these everywhere?!)
Outdoor Voices make some of the cutest crop tops! I loved this one because I could mix and match it with other workout bottoms I have.
4. Swell Bottle
You guys, I'm obsessed with Swell bottles for a couple of different reasons. FWRD has heated Cardio Sculpt classes and boy does it get hot! There's nothing like taking a quick refreshing swig of ice cold H2O mid-sweat-sesh. Plus, they have really cute designs! FYI, this is my second 17-oz Swell bottle (because I love their products so much). I also used to use the bottle to carry coffee with me to work because I liked what I brewed at home! And my other favorite use of the bottle... summers in NYC were BRUTAL (like what is humidity?!) I was fortunate enough to live in a building with a rooftop pool (literally saved my sanity) and I would store chilled rose in my swell bottle to bring to the pool (score!).
5. Nike Flex Contact Sneakers
I got this pair from Nordstrom Rack but you can find similar ones here. I love Nike's line of "Free" sneakers - just not for running. I spent 25 years of my life dancing and have done a great deal of damage to my knees and prefer to use sneakers with more cushion for running. However, the "Free" line of sneakers are great for everyday use! I also used them for dance practice as an NFL cheerleader because they're lightweight and easy to kick, jump, and dance around in.
Check-out me and my galentine!

always,
