Office space!

Believe it or not, this is the space where I get all my work done! Okay, lies - not all my work, just a good amount! This is where I go to build my posts and share my passion (for fashion...haha) with the world! Yes it's in my bedroom, because that is what just needs to happen until I find the space to build out an at-home office!

1. Desk

This is the MICKE desk in white from Ikea. It fits perfectly in the corner of my room! Indeed, I dream of getting myself a massive desk but until then, this lovely piece gets the job done!

2. Wall Frame

I originally bought 4 of these frames for a mini-gallery wall for my apartment when I was living in NYC. I decided to use one of them as a display above my desk in my room in San Diego. Seemed fitting! But I am obsessed with this frames. One of these days I'm going to build a 12x12 gallery wall filled with B&W travel adventures! FYI, the picture in the frame was taken by yours truly out of an airbnb I stayed at in Paris.

3. "God is Always Awesome" Sign

This sign was custom made and was a gift from my uncle during a really difficult season of my life. You guys, GC Creative Works makes some AMAZING products! Our family also has a custom made cheese board (which I will share soon). Everything is 100% solid wood and hand crafted - excellent quality! Also makes for a great housewarming gift! Definitely check them out!

4. Orchid

I was never one to keep real plants in my home. I once told my cousin that I could not keep a plant alive for the life of me. She went out and picked me up a beautiful succulent from west elm and reassured me I couldn't kill it. I did (sorry, Erin!). Anyway, upon moving back home to San Diego, I decided to take a chance and pick myself up a real orchid! I got this beautiful piece at Sprouts Farmer's Market! Yes it's real and I'm in love with it! 5. Lamp

I got this lamp at Home Goods (score!). Although I can't link the same exact one, I found similar styles here, here, here, and here.

6. Desk Pad/Cover

Confession... when I put together this Ikea desk (yes, go me), I accidentally installed the top the wrong way! Meaning that the hole for the cords is at the front of the desk. Yikes! Instead of taking it apart and rebuilding it, I got this desk pad off amazon to cover up my mistake!
